About The Role

We’re seeking a talented ML/AI Engineer to apply their expertise across our tech stack, including data processing, model development, infrastructure, and deployment. You’ll be immersed in cutting-edge ML and AI applications that power our innovative solutions.

As a key member of our product and engineering teams, you’ll collaborate to develop mission-critical AI and ML systems from the ground up. In our young, dynamic startup, you’ll have numerous opportunities to make a significant impact by building reliable engineering systems and services from scratch.

At Scenset, you’ll shape our engineering culture and play a pivotal role in our organization’s evolution. You’ll mentor fellow engineers, participate in the interview process, and contribute to ML/AI-wide procedures. Join us in transforming the way people experience travel.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and/or AI engineering at startups or enterprise companies.
• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for ML model deployment.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques for processing travel-related text data.
• Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment, balancing innovation and perfection.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for model performance evaluation.

Base pay is determined by the level we assess during the interviewing process and is also balanced with the equity package chosen.

• HOURS MAY FLEX BETWEEN 20-40 EACH WEEK. OPPORTUNITY FOR CONVERSION TO A FULL TIME EMPLOYEE.
