ML/AI Engineer

Description:

• Automate information collection and data flows
• Fine-tune LLMs and perform prompt engineering
• Work with Machine Learning and neural networks
• Build systems to production and reduce data collection costs
• Collaborate within AI Hub team of 6 AI engineers and data scientists
• Report directly to the VP Product Technology
• Shape team processes and work with agile development methods
• Build internal libraries and choose AI/ML technologies

Requirements:

• Strong interest in technology and AI
• Follow latest AI developments and willingness to test new techniques
• Engineering degree from a university or college
• 2–5 years of professional experience
• Experience with deploying AI/ML into production environments (valued)
• Experience with LLMs, neural networks, and Python (expected main focus)
• Familiarity with Node.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS (current stack)
