Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Research Scientist to spearhead cutting-edge research and development efforts. In this role, you will lead the exploration of novel AI methodologies, collaborate with industry experts to address critical challenges, and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art algorithms that drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute advanced research initiatives in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and related fields.
• Develop and propose novel AI methodologies and algorithms that address key challenges in manufacturing and healthcare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications.
• Drive innovation in areas such as predictive maintenance, real-time process optimization, energy management, and quality control.
• Publish and present research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, contributing to the global AI community.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance our solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or similar areas.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with a strong track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Deep expertise in machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and probabilistic modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Extensive experience with large-scale data processing, distributed computing, and high-performance computing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate research questions that lead to impactful results.
• Experience in mentoring and leading research teams is a plus.
