Machine Learning Hiring Challenge

We are looking for Senior-level (or higher) Machine Learning Engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze existing DS models, adjust and parameterize them as needed
• Design, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the full machine learning lifecycle, which includes
• Model optimization
• Data preparation
• Feature extraction
• Model performance monitoring
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize the performance of ML pipelines
• Establish and configure processes for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of software
• Continuously learn about designing and maintaining ML models
• Provide capabilities for early detection of various drifts (data, concept, schema, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience building applications using generative AI models
• Expertise in prompt engineering and RAG architectures
• Proficiency in Python
• Knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models
• Understanding of responsible AI usage principles and strategies to minimize hallucinations
• Experience working with cloud AI services (e.g., OpenAI API, Azure AI)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience building asynchronous applications
• Expertise in rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of LLM tracing, datasets for evaluation, and experiment management
• Understanding of evaluation techniques for RAG systems or other LLM architectures
• Experience building solutions for industries such as life sciences, finance, or insurance
• Experience with tools for automated prompt optimization (e.g., DSpy)
