With a dedicated team of over 40 experts in Stockholm, Tallinn, and Helsinki, we are looking to expand our technical prowess by adding a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead our development projects and contribute to our technological strategy.

About the Role:

As our Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding our organization through the fast-changing AI landscape. Working within our Tech Forum, you will collaborate with a dynamic group of more than 20 professionals, including full-stack developers, DevOps engineers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions to address complex business problems.
• Actively contribute to the VNTRS Tech Forum by sharing AI/ML insights, setting technical standards, and participating in strategic planning.
• Work closely with the Head of Tech to align AI initiatives with company objectives and ensure ethical AI practices.
• Lead end-to-end machine learning projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows.
• Represent VNTRS at industry events, showcasing our AI capabilities and fostering connections in the ML community.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML services.
• Experience with big data technologies and data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with DevOps practices and MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
• Previous experience in a technical consulting role or a senior position within a tech startup or scaleup is preferred.
• Based in Stockholm.
• Fluently communicate in Swedish and English.
