About the Role:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in generating various forms of structured data, such as JSON (Pretty Print and Compact), short code snippets, tables, and lists. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and experience in LLM (Large Language Model) data training. Additionally, the role requires creating prompts using JSON to support model training and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses in the Native languages mentioned above to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect expertise in software engineering.
• Prompt Creation: Design and create prompts using JSON to guide the model in generating accurate and relevant responses.Structure prompts to align with the desired output formats, such as JSON, tables, and lists.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Diligently test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability to the engineering domain.
• Review the quality of the LLM Data Training project items, generated by other Engineers, including but not limited to reviewing the code quality, optimizing, or general responses about engineering processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Education background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science and similar programs.
• Experience in Web development is a plus for Trainers and a must-have for Code Reviewers.
• Language Mastery: mentioned native languages and minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency in JSON, table, and list data formats.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.
• Ability to create and manipulate JSON prompts for model training
• Proven experience in structured data generation (JSON, tables, lists, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript,SQL,HTML/CSS: or similar will be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
