✅The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to enhance and evolve our trademark search engine. In this role, you’ll explore and implement state-of-the-art NLP and CV architectures tailored to the complex domain of trademark search.

Your responsibilities will include researching ML models, developing and deploying scalable ML APIs, and ensuring seamless delivery to end users. The role is both technically challenging and highly impactful — your models must efficiently handle vast amounts of data and perform reliably across diverse scenarios.

You’ll work with the latest transformer-based models and lightweight, task-specific architectures. You’ll also design and maintain scalable data pipelines and experimentation frameworks to support rapid model development and evaluation.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and implement transformer-based pipelines for data processing and enhancement across diverse applications.
• Collaborate with other ML engineers on NLP and multi-modal tasks.
• Build and maintain robust, production-grade APIs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models deployed in production environments.
• Apply, fine-tune, and innovate on pretrained LLMs and VLMs for trademark search and analysis.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve neural network architectures and model performance.

✅Essential

• Proven experience developing end-to-end pipelines in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision (CV) projects
• Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency with Python, Pytest, Docker, mypy, cloud services, and a solid understanding of algorithmic complexity.
• Proficient with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Ecosystem, and xTransformers.
• Deep knowledge of modern neural architectures, including Transformers, RNNs, BLIP, LLMs, VLMs, CLIP, and other.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when working with large or complex datasets.

✅ Bonus Points (Desirable Experience)

• Hands-on experience with cutting-edge vision-language models such as LLaVA, Phi-3 Vision, Qwen-VL, and OpenCLIP.
• Familiarity with AWS services, including IAM, SageMaker, EC2 spot instances, S3, and CloudWatch.
