Junior Sales Representative (German Speaker; Zurich or Remote-Europe)

We are looking for a Junior Sales Rep who wants to become part of a world-class AI / Legal Tech scale-up. You will be working in our Sales team and be responsible for the DACH region. You’ll be very hands on and love speaking to potential customers throughout our “home” region.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline
• Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives through effective sales strategies and client relationship management
• Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the Marketing team to organize seminars, trade shows, and other events, ensuring alignment with sales objectives
• Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools
• Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business
• Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace

What we are looking for:

• You are self-motivated with a consistent track record in software sales
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales. Sales in legaltech is a plus
• You are most comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere and a fast-growing customer base
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
• Excellent analytic and negotiation skills
• You communicate effectively and with full proficiency in English and German
• Strong team-working and collaboration skills, self-starter and proactive
• You can work independently, know how to prioritize and get things done
