We’re hiring an AI Engineer to help build and deploy cutting-edge AI features, including intelligent job matching, interview simulation, and conversational agents. You’ll work on real-world systems that impact thousands of users and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered features across NLP, recommendation, and classification
• Work with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production environments
• Develop scalable pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, training, and evaluation
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., LLMs) to solve specific user problems
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve AI system performance
• Stay current with research and apply relevant innovations to product use cases

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience working with applied AI/ML systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow
• Understanding of NLP techniques, embeddings, and generative models
• Familiarity with model deployment and API integration
• Experience with real-world datasets and data preprocessing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience building chatbots, recommendation systems, or search/ranking models
• Familiarity with ML Ops tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
• Background in computer science, applied math, or related fields
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or product-led team
