IT Support AI / Data Engineer

Description:

For our client, a well established bank, we are looking for a German-speaking colleague to join the IT Support AI & Data Engineer team. Flexible work options are available, including Nitra + Homeoffice, Presov + Homeoffice, or fully remote by agreement. Tasks

Implement and maintain AI tools in the IT Support Centre
Develop automation solutions using AI
Identify use cases for AI and automation in IT support
Collaborate with product teams to enhance Global Support AI solutions
Optimize the incident management process
Monitor, improve, and evaluate AI solutions for Global Support Services
Create and maintain documentation and technical guidance
Provide IT support to internal and external customers
Troubleshoot, resolve problems, and offer technical support in the Workplace and M365 environment
Participate in IT project planning and implementation
Support 24 x 7 operations Requirements: Requirements
Very good knowledge of German (mandatory)
Written and spoken English
Training in the IT sector (HTL, FH, university)
Experience in data science or machine learning (NLP or large language models is a plus)
Experience in service desk or IT support services and incident management
Knowledge of programming languages and technologies used in AI (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Skills in implementing, developing, and evaluating AI tools
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent communication and social skills
Ability to convey complex technical information clearly
Ability to work independently and in a team
