This role is for someone who can afford to wait sometime and take a risk as start-ups are very risky; also needs to heavily expand the personal network and searches for a chance to be in contact with distinguished professionals internationally and not only locally.
As our Investor Relations and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in the screening of potential employees, present them to investors and handle meetings arrangements with investors including organizations. Becoming the first line of impression handling for GF-ACCORD AI and distributing information by the CEO to the stakeholders.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
English and French and German (Italian/Spanish desirable).
Experience in the Financial sector (family office, bank or investment firm).
Proven experience in investor relations, talent acquisition, or a related role in a reputable firm.
You already have some network.
Strong communication skills, projecting high status and the ability to articulate our company’s mission.
Extremely trustworthy and protector of sensitive information.
Some familiarity with AI industry trends by name and key fundraising terminology.
Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and handle stress.
Comfortable and effective in representing the brand in formal/exclusive business events.
Fully comfortable with the settings of video conferencing platforms and scheduling tools
