Job Title: Integration Engineer (ERP + Zapier + AI)

Client: Humo (via UniTriTeam) Location: Remote (PST hours required) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role

UniTriTeam is hiring an Integration Engineer to join Humo’s founding product team. You’ll be responsible for stitching together APIs and automation tools (like Zapier) to bring Humo’s AI-driven customer service solution to life. This is a foundational role ideal for someone with a strong problem-solving mindset, systems thinking, and a passion for building simple, scalable integrations between complex tools. Key Responsibilities

• Own all system-to-system integrations, including ERP, POS, and AI tools

• Design and implement automation workflows via Zapier and similar tools

• Develop custom connectors and data flows between Humo and third-party platforms

• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless frontend/backend data exchange

• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and data services

• Monitor integration performance, errors, and propose reliability improvements

• Document integration workflows, endpoints, and data schemas What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in systems integration or API engineering

• Proficient with Zapier, Make.com, or other no-code/low-code tools

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication standards (OAuth, API keys)

• Experience working with ERPs or business management software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Lightspeed)

• Familiarity with backend languages (Node.js, Python) a plus

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and error handling

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment

• Clear communicator who can document and share learnings Preferred Experience

• Background in customer service or food/hospitality integrations

• Familiarity with AI toolkits (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, etc.)
