In-house Senior Data Science Consultant GenAI/Agentic AI – Germany / Remote Options

Our client is seeking an In-house Senior Data Science Consultant with focus GenAI & Agentic AI to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge GenAI & Agentic AI solutions that scale across international business units. This role blends technical execution with strategic impact, enabling innovation across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project leads, data experts, and stakeholders to define use cases and deliver scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end project delivery—from scoping and planning to implementation and rollout.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor teams, promote knowledge sharing, and help build a strong internal community for GenAI & Agentic AI.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and influencing solution design.

Requirements:

• Project experience (1-2 years) in GenAI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
• 4-7 years’ experience in the field of data science.
• Experience in consulting or in-house consulting.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of aligning tech with business goals.
• Fluent in German and English.
