Trilon is seeking a detail-oriented and curious AI Solutions Analyst to support the delivery and optimization of AI tools across our family of companies. This role plays a key part in making AI solutions work effectively by preparing the right data, managing context injection, and analyzing performance to guide improvements. The AI Solutions Analyst will work closely with the AI Program Manager, AI Developer, and AI Solutions Architect to ensure that each solution is grounded in the right data, aligned with clear business value, and continuously improved through testing and measurement. This is a hands-on role focused on real-world effectiveness, not academic modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Business Value Analysis and Requirements Definition:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and expected outcomes of proposed AI solutions
- Translate use case ideas into clear problem statements, success metrics, and scope boundaries
- Estimate potential value and ROI of proposed use cases, and document baseline processes for comparison
- Define functional and data requirements for each solution, ensuring alignment with feasibility and readiness standards
- Support prioritization and intake by validating assumptions and preparing use cases for evaluation by the AI team
Data Preparation and Readiness:
- Prepare and structure data so it can be used effectively by LLM-based tools, copilots, and agents
- Identify and curate documents, structured lists, or context files needed to improve AI output
- Assist with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt formatting, or pre-processing to improve performance
Training and Configuration Support:
- Help configure and test AI tools using grounded data and context-rich prompts
- Support prompt tuning, relevance testing, and behavior optimization alongside developers and architects
- Document training data, test cases, and prompts for reuse and governance
- Performance Measurement and Analysis
- Measure the accuracy, usefulness, and reliability of AI solutions in real-world workflows
- Track user feedback, monitor success metrics, and identify error patterns or gaps
- Build simple reports or dashboards to share insights with sponsors and product owners
Use Case and Solution Documentation:
- Document inputs, configuration choices, expected outcomes, and known limitations of each deployed solution
- Contribute to knowledge articles, enablement resources, and post-launch updates
- Maintain a central library of active AI use cases and their current status
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business, IT, and AI team members to ensure solutions are designed and supported effectively
- Support pilots and launches with testing, user training, and live support
- Act as the connective tissue between data, user needs, and AI tools to ensure each solution lands successfully
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, technical operations, data analytics, or solution delivery
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and guide stakeholders toward clarity
- Experience preparing and working with structured and unstructured data, especially in Microsoft 365 environments
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, or generative AI services
- Exposure to prompt design, AI configuration, or retrieval-augmented workflows is a plus
- Comfortable testing tools, analyzing results, and refining based on user feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, or a related field
