Healthcare AI & Venture Analyst

The Summer Consulting Associate program is a high-engagement experience for early-career students who want to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence, management consulting, and real-world impact. Associates join multi-disciplinary teams to support strategic research, client engagements, and proposal development, contributing directly to Fluxion’s operational and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

As an early team member at Fluxion, you will engage in real-world research across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and public infrastructure, focusing on how AI and coding solve pressing challenges. You will assist with proposal development, compliance documentation, partner identification, and price preparation for large-scale initiatives. Working with strategy, technical, and legal teams, you will gain exposure to the full contract lifecycle while drafting memos, whitepapers, and market briefs that connect AI applications to real healthcare impact. You will present findings to leadership and collaborators, participate in innovation sprints, and help shape new consulting approaches—bringing the fresh perspective of early talent to our healthcare and technology solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated first- or second-year undergraduate eager to gain early experience in AI, healthcare innovation, and consulting. Ideal candidates are excited about coding or using data and AI to improve healthcare and public systems. Strong communication skills, curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential for translating research into actionable insights. Experience in coding, research, student leadership, hackathons, or case competitions is a plus. This fast-paced, fully remote role requires comfort with asynchronous teamwork and independent project management to make a real-world impact.

Program Overview

This is a remote, project-based internship that runs from end of July to early September 2025. The format is designed to be flexible around academic calendars, with a weekly time commitment of approximately 10–15 hours. While the role is unpaid, participants will receive direct mentorship from Fluxion’s founding team, contribute to tangible deliverables, and receive a certificate and formal feedback at the end of the program. If the work is completed adequately, co-ops will be offered for the forthcoming Fall semester.
