We are seeking a visionary Head of Regulatory Affairs to develop and implement global regulatory strategies for our Tether Data division, focusing on AI and P2P technologies. Our goal is to innovate responsibly, ensuring privacy, transparency, and human rights are protected in our technological advancements.

With significant investments in AI infrastructure and P2P solutions like KEET, we aim to build next-generation models that surpass current standards, all while maintaining accessibility and privacy.

This role offers the chance to work remotely with a global team, contributing to pioneering AI and P2P solutions that set new industry standards. What you’ll do Policy Monitoring, Analysis, and Guidance: Track and interpret global regulatory changes, advise leadership on risks and opportunities, and lead initiatives to influence regulatory frameworks. Regulatory Advocacy and Thought Leadership: Engage with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and policymakers to shape AI and P2P legislation. Regulatory Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies for regulatory compliance and market selection. Cross-functional Leadership and Product Development: Collaborate with R&D, legal, and compliance teams to integrate regulatory considerations into product development. Thought Leadership: Educate internal teams and represent the company in external regulatory discussions.

Requirements: Proven experience in a senior regulatory role within technology, AI, or digital industries. Strong knowledge of global AI regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and emerging trends. Experience engaging with regulators and policymakers. Ability to work in frontier markets like Latin America. Expertise in regulatory documentation and submissions. Excellent communication skills, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement. Legal, compliance, or policy background; deep understanding of ethical AI principles is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Policy, Computer Science, or related fields. Additional Skills Fluency in a second language, notably Spanish, is a plus. Experience in startups or smaller companies. Technical background in computer science or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
