About the Role

As Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and optimising the customer journey to achieve ambitious growth targets. You’ll own top-of-funnel strategies, using creative tactics like A/B testing, user segmentation, and feedback loops to scale signups and conversions. Success means achieving consistent, month-over-month revenue growth while expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a product-led growth (PLG) strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (product, design, development, marketing).
• Analyse customer data to refine acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies.
• Scale your team and take on broader strategic responsibilities as the company grows.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years’ experience in growth marketing within B2B startups, ideally with a focus on PLG strategies.
• Proven track record in reducing CAC and increasing LTV through effective growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing a marketing budget.
• Passionate about creating delightful product experiences that drive organic growth.
• Action-oriented, curious, and excited by solving new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
