Sintra is building AI Employees for more than 50,000+ small business owners worldwide. From social media, sales, recruiting, support and more. An intuitive & easy way to run automations, complete tasks and generate ideas. With integrations to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Drive, Calendar, Mail, Outlook and Notion.

We’ve launched the v1 of the product on May 15th, 2024 and ever since then we’ve had crazy traction – by becoming one of the fastest growing new AI startups in Europe.

We’re looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to scale Sintra growth initiatives. Your main focus will be building and leading a freelance network of creatives. You’ll also own new growth projects like funnels, channel launches, and localizations β€” turning ideas into execution with speed and structure.

πŸ›  Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a freelance network to scale creative output.
  • Plan and execute marketing projects: campaigns, new funnels, and channel launches.
  • Translate growth strategies into actionable workflows with timelines and ownership.
  • Own growth initiatives such as localizations and new channel testing.
  • Collaborate across creative, media, and product teams to ensure alignment.

🎯 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or media buying.
  • Strong project management skills: structured, organized, able to coordinate across teams.
  • Experience in creative workflows and managing freelancers or external partners.
  • Proven ownership: ability to launch and lead initiatives independently.
  • Proactive and curious: follows growth trends, AI tools, and new marketing channels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
