Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Data & AI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Visualization team. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to apply Generative AI, Machine Learning, and advanced forecasting techniques in building next-generation analytics solutions within Power BI and our wider data ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into insights, working closely with Data Engineering on the processing layer, and embedding predictive and prescriptive analytics into business dashboards to enable smarter decision-making in the fast-paced Chat Commerce environment.

Responsibilities of the Role

What You’ll Learn and Do:

• Data Preparation & Analysis: Acquire, clean, and transform structured and unstructured datasets for analytics and ML pipelines.
• AI & ML Integration: Collaborate with senior data scientists to design, train, and deploy machine learning models (e.g., regression, time-series forecasting, clustering, NLP) into BI solutions.
• Generative AI Applications: Experiment with LLMs and other G-AI models to create automated insights, narrative summaries, and data-driven recommendations in Power BI dashboards.
• Advanced Forecasting: Apply statistical and ML-based forecasting models to predict trends (e.g., customer behavior, campaign performance, revenue projections).
• Visualization & Storytelling: Develop interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards that integrate real-time data, predictive models, and automated insights.
• Automation & Optimization: Streamline data workflows in collaboration with Data Engineering, ensuring scalable and efficient pipelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, define requirements, and deliver data solutions that drive adoption.
• Innovation & Research: Stay up to date with the latest BI, AI, and ML trends and suggest ways to infuse these into our products.

Requirements of the Role

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Programming: Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, Prophet), R, and SQL.
• ML & AI Tools: Familiarity with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or equivalent.
• Power BI Expertise: Strong DAX, Power Query (M), and experience with embedding Python/R scripts into Power BI visuals.
• Data Wrangling: ETL concepts, working with APIs, and integrating multiple data sources.
• Forecasting Methods: ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, LSTM models, or similar.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, or other cloud-based AI platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps principles and deploying models into production environments.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
