Go High-Level Expert (Workflows, Conversation AI, Voice AI) for Long-Term SaaS Projects - Contract to Hire

We are a fast-growing Go High-Level (GHL) SaaS agency enrolling clients into white-labeled monthly subscriptions. Our core offering is building intelligent, fully automated sales systems using Workflows, Automations, Conversation AI, and Voice AI.

We’re looking for a Go High-Level expert from A to Z who can own implementations across multiple client accounts with confidence, speed, and strategic precision.

You must be highly experienced in:

Building and customizing GHL sub-accounts

Creating powerful and scalable Workflows and Automations

Setting up and training Conversation AI Agents

Implementing and managing Voice AI (call flows, transfers, routing)

Customizing calendars, pipelines, and integrations

Troubleshooting and optimizing account performance

Managing branding and white-label settings

Bonus points if you:

Understand funnel strategy and sales automation deeply

Can add custom CSS to brand each sub-account

Have experience with onboarding flows for SaaS clients

This is not a one-time job. We’re looking for a long-term partner who can join us as we scale. Ideally, you’re available on demand, comfortable working under deadlines, and passionate about using GHL to help businesses grow through automation and AI.

We’re open to a monthly retainer or hourly-based agreement, depending on your availability and performance.
