What will I do?

AI Team Leadership: You will lead the Gen AI team, assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and removing obstacles to foster innovation and excellence.

Solution Architecture: Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in developing the overall solution, creating new features, and ensuring the stability of our LLM-based systems.

Best Practice Champion: You’ll establish and document best practices, transferring knowledge across the organization to elevate our AI capabilities.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for upper management, interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs.

AI Visionary: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all Gen-AI efforts, shaping the future of AI applications across the organization.

Required skills and qualifications:

Backend Mastery: 4+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET.

Leadership Prowess: 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.

AI Expertise: 2+ years of experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Prompt Engineering Virtuoso: 1+ year of experience in Prompt Engineering.

NLP Proficiency: 1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Database Dynamo: Proficiency in SQL databases.

Communication Virtuoso: Advanced level of English for clear communication in our global environment.

Nice to have:

Databricks Familiarity: Experience with Databricks.

MySQL Proficiency: Experience with MySQL.
