Generative AI Lead /Remote From Anywhere/

Overview of the role: The Generative AI Lead position requires advanced technical knowledge in LLMs and leadership skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of our innovative LLM email outreach project, leading the new LLM message composer team. This role combines hands-on development with leadership, focusing on scaling and improving our LLM-based solutions to outperform legacy systems. Key responsibilities: Leading the Gen AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and removing obstacles. Working hands-on in developing the overall solution, creating new features, and ensuring stability. Establishing and documenting best practices while transferring knowledge across the organization. Serving as the point of contact for upper management and key stakeholders. Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for all Gen-AI efforts across the organization.

Requirements: Backend Development: 4+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET. Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading technical teams. Generative AI: 2+ years of experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Prompt Engineering: 1+ year of experience in Prompt Engineering. NLP: 1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Database: Proficiency in SQL databases. Language Skills: Advanced level of English.

Nice to have: Databricks: Experience with Databricks. MySQL: Experience with MySQL.
