Your deep expertise in AI technologies and architecture, coupled with hands-on experience in AI projects, will be essential in selecting the right technologies and frameworks to drive our AI initiatives. Location: Brazil Remote You will make an impact by being responsible for: Developing comprehensive AI architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in AI solution designs Leading the development and deployment of advanced AI models, including machine learning and deep learning models Utilizing AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others to build and optimize models Managing end-to-end AI project implementation, from concept to deployment Ensuring timely delivery of AI solutions that meet quality standards and project milestones Working closely with data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and other technical teams Fostering cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems Serving as the go-to expert for AI technologies and best practices Mentoring and supporting team members, providing technical leadership and direction You will be a great fit if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred 7+ years of experience in AI development, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing Strong expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and others Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, including Python and Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including AI and ML services You excel in these key competencies: Deep understanding of AI model lifecycle, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring Familiarity with big data technologies and data engineering practices Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for finding innovative solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience in creating technical documentation and presenting to stakeholders Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams Experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment This is an opportunity to work with a global, passionate team pioneering technology that’s redefining the way people work, everywhere.
