Gen AI - ML Solution Architect/AI Lead Job (Remote)

About the job: Key responsibilities:

1. Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Gen AI and LLMs tailored to business use cases

2. Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models such as OpenAI GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA 3.2, and Phi

3. Build and scale production-ready applications using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or similar

4. Develop, maintain, and optimize MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance

5. Lead the development and integration of generative AI models for applications including summarization, Q&A, sentiment analysis, and translation

6. Apply NLP and deep learning to enhance performance and reliability of models for complex user interactions

7. Engage in prompt engineering, vector DB integration, and fine-tuning using Azure OpenAI Service or equivalent platforms on AWS/GCP

8. Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to build and manage scalable, cloud-native solutions

9. Design and deploy event-driven architectures and real-time data processing systems

10. Work with microservice architectures, containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

11. Use advanced frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen to build scalable LLM applications

12. Work extensively with data processing tools such as Apache Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and Scikit-learn

13. Lead cross-functional AI teams and mentor junior engineers and data scientists

14. Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and code quality benchmarks

15. Stay up-to-date with research and contribute to open-source initiatives where applicable

16. Interface with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define AI/ML strategies, and deliver impactful solutions

17. Handle multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery

18. Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts including RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML systems, especially using generative AI and large language models

2. Strong proficiency with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP and containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker

3. Expertise in Python, FastAPI/Django, and modern ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn

4. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and vector databases

5. Deep understanding of NLP techniques, transformer models, and MLOps practices

6. Ability to lead teams, mentor junior talent, and collaborate across functions

7. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with solutioning and pre-sales activities

8. Familiarity with event-driven architecture, real-time processing, and data engineering workflows

9. Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills
