We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong content writing skills to join our team full-time. You’ll be helping with a wide variety of tasks, making a real impact on our products and our users. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere!
Salary
The in-hand salary is INR 50,000 per month, with regular pay raises.
Location
Fully remote.
Work Hours
- 30-35 hours on weekdays.
- 2-3 hours on weekends to reply to social media comments.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will range from content creation and social media to research and general team assistance.
- Creating Content:
- Write blog posts for our website (around 2 articles per week).
- Put together a monthly email newsletter to tell our subscribers about new product updates.
- Managing Social Media:
- Create and schedule posts for our social media channels. Don’t worry if you’re stuck for ideas – we’ll help with that!
- Reply to followers comments and direct messages on social media.
- Moderating our Reddit and Discord server.
- Gathering Feedback:
- Collect feedback and ideas for new features from our users across all our channels (social media, email, communities). You’ll help us organize this information.
- Helping Our Customers:
- Reply to customer support emails and help users with their questions.
- Research Tasks:
- Analyze competitors' products and their marketing strategies.
- Find potential influencers or partners we could collaborate with.
- Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
- Testing Our Products:
- When we develop new features for our app or extension, you’ll help test them to ensure they work well.
- Helping with Hiring:
- Post job descriptions for new roles on various job websites.
- Review applications from candidates.
- Help schedule interviews between candidates and our team.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of professional work experience in a related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in text-based content creation.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable with social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord).
- Basic understanding of blogs, newsletters, and SEO.
- Reliable internet connection and your own computer.
- You’re friendly and enjoy helping people.
Nice to have (not required)
- An active social media presence and personal blog.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Familiarity with basic image or video editing tools (for social media posts).
