What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting and implementing sophisticated web applications using cutting-edge libraries and development tools
• Designing and optimizing cloud-native backend systems leveraging the latest AWS serverless technologies
• Participating in thorough code reviews to maintain exceptional quality standards and ensure alignment with customer expectations

• Wasting your talents on trivial bug fixes or maintaining legacy features in outdated systems

Basic Requirements

Full Stack Engineer key responsibilities

• Proven track record with 4+ years developing production-quality code for web applications, including both frontend and backend components (framework-agnostic)
• Demonstrated leadership as the primary technical contributor for a development team OR software product for at least 2 years
• Practical experience integrating generative AI tools into your daily development workflow to enhance productivity and innovation

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
