Compensation:

Revenue share or performance-based incentives will be discussed individually. Possibility of earning upto INR 1 Lakh/month

About the Role:

We’re looking for dynamic Freelance Learning & Development Growth Partners to help us scale our Agentic AI initiatives across geographies, colleges, communities, and industry clusters. You’ll act as a trusted local ambassador and growth catalyst—evangelizing AI learning, identifying opportunities, hosting sessions, and helping learners transition from curious to confident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote & Grow: Drive awareness and enrollment for Agentic AI programs via workshops, events, webinars, or strategic partnerships.
• Lead Learning: Host or facilitate sessions (online/offline) to support cohorts or communities in understanding and adopting Agentic AI.
• Community Engagement: Build and manage learner communities to ensure ongoing growth and impact.
• Feedback Loop: Bring insights from the ground—learner needs, market demand, and partnership ideas—to help evolve our offerings.
• Revenue Partnership: Collaborate with Capabl on a mutually beneficial revenue-sharing model.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about AI and education with strong communication skills.
• Have a network in education, tech, or startup ecosystems (colleges, accelerators, corporates, etc.).
• Able to commit time monthly to run learning interventions and growth experiments.
• Prior experience in training, business development, or community building is a plus.

Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
