Freelance AI-Powered Social Media Manager

We’re a fast-paced startup working at the intersection of AI and marketing automation. We’re looking for a freelancer with strong command of content marketing, social growth strategies, and AI-enhanced workflows to own and grow our social media channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role focused on producing, scheduling, repurposing, and automating content across platforms—using modern AI tools and proven growth systems.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok
• Turn long-form material (blogs, transcripts, webinars, etc.) into short-form videos, carousel posts, or text content
• Use AI tools to accelerate creation (e.g., summarizing, scripting, editing, clipping)
• Schedule, track, and optimize content using automation platforms
• Write compelling captions and calls-to-action aligned with each platform
• Experiment with trending formats and iterate based on data
• Report growth metrics monthly with actionable suggestions

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing social channels for brands or founders
• Proficient in AI content tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Descript, OpusClip, Repurpose.io, etc.
• Skilled in short-form video editing or clipping tools (CapCut, OpusClip, VEED, etc.)
• Comfortable using social media automation platforms (e.g., Metricool, Buffer, Taplio, Hypefury)
• Basic understanding of hooks, audience psychology, and content strategy
• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Self-starter, async-capable, and responsive to fast iterations
• Bonus: basic analytics or data storytelling to inform growth loops
