As the AI & Development Lead, you’ll take ownership of building and optimizing our entire data and ML infrastructure—from ingestion pipelines to model deployment. You’ll work with video, audio, natural language, and EMR (electronic medical records).

This is more than just an engineering role—it’s a chance to lead research, ensure ethical AI practices, and lay the technical foundation of a platform with the potential to transform healthcare outcomes. What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, reliable data pipelines to support our AI platform.
• Build and maintain high-performance data architecture, optimizing both retrieval and storage.
• Create systems to track data quality, usage, and integrity, with a strong focus on privacy, security, and compliance.
• Work directly with healthcare professionals and AI researchers to understand problems and prototype solutions.
• Serve as Principal Investigator (PI) for clinical research—owning technical exploration, algorithm development, and feasibility testing.
• Stay on top of the latest in data engineering and machine learning, especially in the healthcare context.
• Define and enforce best practices for ethical data management and AI governance.
• Build and lead a small team of data engineers, providing mentorship and setting technical direction. What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on experience in full-stack ML or data engineering roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale large data infrastructure from scratch.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and either Java or another backend language.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and big data tools (AWS, Azure, Spark, Snowflake).
• Deep understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance standards—preferably in healthcare or similarly regulated fields.
• A builder’s mindset—comfortable operating independently and taking full ownership.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
