Since launching, we’ve experienced explosive growth and are on track to hit $1M ARR within 12 months. As a founding engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform and company.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Engineer who will be treated as a co-founder. You will work closely with the founding team and our two existing engineers to build and scale the platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup in its early stages, where your contributions will directly impact the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and Develop: Lead the development of new features and optimize existing ones across our stack, from backend to frontend, ensuring scalability and performance.
• API Development: Write robust, scalable APIs in Python to support our growing user base and feature set.
• CI/CD Management: Implement and manage CI/CD workflows using Docker and GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth and automated deployments.
• Database Management: Collaborate with our database engineer to optimize and maintain our PostgreSQL database.
• Search Infrastructure: (Highly valued) Design and implement search functionalities using MeiliSearch or Elasticsearch, improving user experience and data retrieval.
• AI Integration: Contribute to our AI-driven features by integrating and optimizing LLM applications using Langchain and OpenAI.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Great in Python for API development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Docker and GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Experience with search infrastructure (MeiliSearch or Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with LLM applications, Langchain, and OpenAI integration.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team setting.
