Founding AI Engineer/AI Systems Architect

We’re looking for ambitious, forward-thinking builders to join Xi Labs at the ground level.

This role is for someone who’s excited about designing and developing the foundation of an AI-native operating system — a platform where autonomous AI agents, open-source LLMs, and intelligent tools interact in real time to power the way people work, live, and grow.

You’ll work closely with the founder and core team to:

• Integrate cutting-edge open-source models
• Build autonomous AI agents that can talk, think, and take action
• Help create the voice/vision/memory architecture of the platform
• Contribute to the design of a real-time AI App Store ecosystem
• Shape the user experience across mobile, desktop, and future AR

This is not a typical “task-based” role. This is foundational, creative, system-level building.
