Experienced Senior Web Software Developer to build disruptive Referral Marketing AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on coding and problem-solving as part of our development team.
• Plan software architecture and coding solutions, primarily in AWS-based SaaS.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and apply them to build innovative web applications.
• Take ownership of the development process, from initial architecture to implementation and beyond.
• Work closely with the product management to turn ideas into reality without managing others.
• Write well-structured and easy understandable technical documentations in English.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with AI coding assistants like Alpha Code or Devin.
• Proficiency in PHP, React, HTML/CSS, with knowledge of additional programming languages being a plus.
• Strong knowledge of databases: MongoDB, Atlas, MySQL, RDS.
• Expertise in modern coding paradigms, software architecture, and evaluating new technologies.
• Extensive experience in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture on AWS (EC2, backups, optimization, performance tuning, and scalability).
• Knowledge of email sending services, Google email sender guidelines, and improving deliverability.
• Strong experience with cybersecurity best practices, including AWS firewalls, CloudFront, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Soft Skills:

• Fluent in English (C2 or higher). Ability to have detailed technical discussions and write technical documentations in fluent English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Highly self-motivated with a passion for learning and innovation.

Job Details:

• Location: 100% remote.
• Time Zone: Between GMT+1 and GMT+8.
