We’re looking for DevOps consultants with a focus on AI to become a part of our journey.

Your role as Experienced DevOps & AI Consultant:

• You’ll work closely with Eficode clients to understand their needs and deliver DevOps and AI solutions that provide real value, contributing hands-on to various customer projects in software development
• As an experienced consultant, you’ll take ownership of your client interactions—managing communication, seeking answers to complex challenges, and driving results efficiently
• You will collaborate with other teams across Eficode
• We also value people who can quickly experiment and iterate with new tools, reflecting our culture of continuous learning and innovation

Who are we looking for:

Below are some areas and technologies we are interested in, that will be a part of the customer projects you’ll be working on. Of course, DevOps & Software encompasses a variety of concepts and tools, so we do not restrict ourselves to these only or expect you to be the master of all.

We look for someone with 4-5 years experience in the DevOps & Software world, and hands on experience in

• AI - our ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience working with AI; e.g. building agents, running AI models locally, integrating AI workflows in projects, utilising AI in the software pipelines, and similar - something that goes beyond work with just prompting.

Also good if you have experience in:

• Software Development
• IaC: Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, Ansible
• Cloud and related technologies like Kubernetes and public cloud providers
• CI/CD: Github Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD

Other skills:

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial for a consulting role
• Direct consulting experience is an advantage
• An open mind to develop, learn, and share your knowledge
• Finnish language is not a requirement but an asset due to some customers working in Finnish only

Please note that this role is available in Helsinki or Tampere and requires you to be living in Finland near one of our offices in either of the cities. The position is hybrid-remote.
