Key Responsibilities:

• Idea Validation & Market Research: Partner with emerging startups to refine their concepts, size up competitors, and identify unique market opportunities.
• MVP Coordination: Work closely with dev teams to rapidly bring MVPs to life, applying lean startup principles to launch quickly and iterate often.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to early growth and branding tactics, helping founders determine user acquisition channels and compelling storytelling approaches.
• Client Relationship Management: Be the link between internal specialists and client startups, ensuring smooth communication, clear expectations, and on-time delivery.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine our acceleration framework—introduce new tools, processes, and best practices to streamline our offering.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Entrepreneurial Drive: You’ve considered founding your own startup or have dabbled in side projects. You see yourself as a problem-solver, ready to learn and adapt.
• Startup Familiarity: Experience in early-stage environments—through internships, side hustles, or hackathons—is beneficial.
• Cross-Disciplinary Skills: Comfortable collaborating with technical, marketing, and business teams.
• Effective Communicator: Clear, empathetic, and confident in a fully remote setting.
• Proactive & Independent: You excel when given autonomy and deliver results without needing constant oversight.
