Engineering Manager - AI

Description:

• We are looking for a skilled and passionate Engineering Manager to join our team in the Amsterdam office.
• In this role, you will lead a team of ML engineers and Senior Software Engineers who are working on innovative, brand-new AI features that empower our products and bring delight and automation to our customers.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team (systematic 101s, feedback sessions, performance reviews, professional development etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with some of the following technologies: Python, C#, React, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, Microsoft Azure, MongoDB, Git
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient with using AI-assisted development environment (Cursor, GitHub CoPilot or similar)
• Passionate about high-quality coding standards and testing of code
• A collaborative approach, being open to helping team members
• Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills
