About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, persistent, and process-focused Digital Account Provisioning Specialist to help our client’s restaurant customers prepare for iOS app launches.
You’ll follow a structured SOP to set up platform accounts (including Apple IDs), work with platform support teams when issues arise, and ensure each account is fully activated for development.
This is a production-based role where your output directly impacts your earnings. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys structured, measurable work and can stay focused through repetitive tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Provision platform accounts for restaurant owners following a defined SOP.
- Handle escalations by engaging platform support (e.g., Apple Support) via chat.
- Troubleshoot issues like identity verification, region restrictions, and account duplication.
- Accurately log progress and outcomes in internal systems.
- Manage a high monthly volume (200+ accounts).
- Flag recurring or systemic issues to the team.
- Balance speed with data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Location: Mexico or Canada with reliable high-speed internet.
- Availability during core US business hours (PST, CST, or EST).
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Patience and persistence in following scripted workflows.
- Comfort with repetitive operational tasks and strict process adherence.
- Strong attention to detail (names, emails, security prompts).
- Ability to meet productivity benchmarks.
- Tech-savvy: browser tools, authentication flows, and basic troubleshooting.
- Apple device such as a MacBook, iPhone, iMac
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apple Support or Apple / Developer account setup.
- Background in BPO, trust & safety, provisioning, or SaaS onboarding.
- Experience in metrics-driven environments (SLAs, throughput, quality scores).
Compensation (Results-Based)
You’re paid per successfully provisioned account (bi-weekly payouts):
- $0.67 per straightforward account (no support interaction; ~10 mins).
- $2.67 per account requiring one support interaction (~40 mins).
Example potential earnings (varies by case mix):
- Scenario A: 160 no-support + 40 support = ~$214.00
- Scenario B: 120 no-support + 80 support = ~$294.00
- Scenario C: 200 support-heavy = ~$534.00
