We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on a healthcare-related system for one of our clients.

About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a robust, scalable healthcare platform. This role requires expertise in Vibe Coding and AI, along with strong full-stack development skills and a proactive mindset. You will be expected to take ownership of solutions, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Integrate AI-driven functionalities into the platform
• Use IA driven and Vibe Coding approaches.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
• Implement and support healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR (a plus).
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively propose solutions to challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of Vibe Coding and AI integration in software applications.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React Native, React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms. Preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HL7/FHIR interoperability standards.
• Background in healthcare-related software projects.
