Conduct research and analysis to identify key trends and insights in data sets. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve Twilio’s products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make necessary improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in AI and ML and apply new techniques to drive innovation at Twilio. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in the data and model outputs. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and processes. Act as a subject matter expert on AI and ML within the company and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows for more efficient and accurate data analysis. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data.
