Data Science and AI Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science and AI Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a flair for teaching and mentoring learners across varying levels of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI tools and techniques
• Develop course materials, including slide decks, coding exercises, quizzes, and projects
• Conduct live workshops, webinars, or classroom sessions (in-person or virtual)
• Mentor and support students or professionals in hands-on projects and capstone assignments
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and update training content accordingly
• Evaluate participant progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in designing curriculum paths for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, product, and tech teams) to improve learning outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI roles
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor (preferred)
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Strong understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, and model evaluation
• Hands-on experience with real-world data and projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and helping others succeed

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT)
• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, Google Colab, Tableau/Power BI
• Experience in deploying ML models (Flask, FastAPI, Docker)
• Published courses or content (YouTube, Coursera, Udemy, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED100.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week
