Data and AI Lead – (Australia/New Zealand)

We are seeking a visionary Data and AI Leader to take charge of our Data and AI business and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that deliver transformative business impact. This is a senior leadership position requiring a highly strategic and innovative thinker with extensive experience in managing data and AI-driven initiatives, teams, and technology stacks.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a strong track record of successfully implementing AI and data-driven solutions in complex, large-scale environments. As the head of our Data and AI division, you will define the strategic direction, foster innovation, and ensure the execution of data and AI initiatives across the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI and Data Practice in the A/NZ region.
• Advise C-Level executives on data and AI strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Train and coach practitioners in data and AI.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the data and AI practice
• Drive go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
• Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and data-driven products.
• Establish data governance standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of data and AI professionals

Qualifications:

• Expertise in training and mentoring data and AI professionals.
• Over 12+ years of experience in data and AI, with a strong background in analytics strategy and implementation.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving innovation and achieving business results.
• Strong ability to collaborate with partners and build successful client delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, particularly with C-Level executives.
• Experience in developing and patenting machine learning algorithms
