  • Job Overview:* We are seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. This part-time position is integral to ensuring our customers receive optimal support and guidance in navigating our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a deep understanding of AI technologies, enabling them to effectively address customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the user experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:*
  1. Customer Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, conveying complex information in an understandable way.
  1. Technical Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers by troubleshooting platform issues and guiding users through solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address and escalate critical issues as required.
  1. Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain user documentation, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Conduct customer training sessions and webinars to help users maximize their experience with Peltarion’s platform.
  1. Feedback Loop:
  • Collect user feedback and insights to contribute to the continual improvement of customer support processes and platform features.
  • Monitor customer interactions to identify trends, recommend enhancements, and develop best practices for customer support.
  1. Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to share customer insights and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Assist the customer success team with onboarding new customers and ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
  1. Time Management:
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and platform updates.

  • Requirements:*

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in customer support, ideally within the tech or AI sectors.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and familiarity with AI technologies and software is preferred.

  • Personality Traits:

  • Passionate: A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and AI technologies.

  • Confident: The ability to manage difficult situations and assertively communicate with customers.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
