Location: [Remote / Hybrid / On-site] Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and model fine-tuning to support the development of AI-driven marketing products and infrastructure. You will play a critical role in building intelligent systems that power personalized content generation, customer interaction, and insights automation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and fine-tune LLMs and transformer-based NLP models
  • Build scalable ML pipelines to support marketing data use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing) to define and deliver AI-powered product features
  • Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and model evaluations on tasks such as text classification, generation, summarization, and Q&A
  • Optimize inference performance, latency, and scalability for deployment environments
  • Contribute to data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation workflows
  • Stay up to date with recent advances in generative AI, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related field
  • Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers)
  • Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, T5)
  • Solid understanding of NLP techniques and model evaluation metrics
  • Familiarity with distributed computing, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps tools
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and reproducible code in collaborative environments Preferred (Not Required):
  • Experience working with marketing-related datasets (e.g., campaign data, CRM, social content)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering or instruction tuning
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
