About the Job

Our Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe is focused on revolutionizing customer care with AI-driven Voice and Chatbot services, in collaboration with Contact Center Solutions (CCS).

We’re looking for a skilled Conversational AI developer with 3–5 years of experience to help us design and build intelligent bots across chat and voice platforms. You’ll shape user conversations, train NLP models, and implement end-to-end solutions using tools like Dialogflow, Cognigy, or similar.

What you do

  • Design and optimize chatbots and voice bot conversations (UX, tone, flow).
  • Build and maintain bots on platforms like Cognigy, Dialogflow, Rasa, Watson, etc.
  • Train and tune NLU models (intent/entity handling).
  • Build and tune GPT/LLM Agentic AI Bots.
  • Implement backend logic using Node.js or Python.
  • Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering teams and other Stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance data and improve bot effectiveness.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years working with chatbot or voice platforms.
  • Experience designing user- fiendly conversational flows.
  • Solid coding skills in Python or Node.JS (basic scripts or backend logic).
  • Familiary with NLU/NLP concepts (eg. intents, entities).
  • Ability to train/test models and evaluate bot accuracy.
  • Fluent in English (writen & spoken.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
