We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Expert to partner with business leadership and drive technology innovation, focusing on data strategy, cloud architecture, and AI/ML model development.

Your Role

As a Gen AI Expert, you will shape the way enterprises leverage Generative AI by designing robust data strategies, building scalable AI/ML systems, and ensuring seamless business integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to transform complex challenges into tangible, high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture

• Research, recommend, and develop enterprise-level data strategy and cloud architecture.
• Define design patterns, principles, and best practices to enhance business solution delivery.
• Support the development of enterprise strategy for AI model lifecycle (development, deployment, monitoring, and security).

Gen AI-Specific Expertise

• Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts using best practices (ReAct, RAG, chain-of-thought, etc.) to ensure reliable and high-quality outputs.
• Evaluation Frameworks: Build mechanisms for automated evaluation (e.g., AutoSxS, GenAI Eval) to assess performance and trustworthiness.
• Model Optimization & Tuning: Improve architecture and model selection, reduce latency and costs, and integrate latest APIs and orchestration tools for AI agents.
• Monitoring & Observability: Develop observability solutions to monitor operations, reliability, and performance of GenAI applications.
• Business Integration: Design APIs, ensure scalability on cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and implement rigorous testing (unit, integration, load).

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead proofs of concept and benchmarks to validate innovative solutions.
• Mentor engineers and inspire technical contributors.
• Tailor communication to diverse audiences, from executives to technical teams.
• Promote a culture of standardization and excellence in data transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

Languages: Written & spoken fluency in English AND French or Dutch.

Experience: 3 to 10 years in AI/ML roles, with proven expertise in Generative AI projects.

Technical Proficiency:

• Python, SQL, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
• ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with advanced ML (LLMs, reinforcement learning, graph ML).
• Familiarity with causal inference and time-series forecasting.
• Certifications (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialist, Google ML Engineer).

Soft Skills: Critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management.
