Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder Al project at Arométrie, located in the Brussels Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the Al project forward, with a particular focus on the fragrance industry. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting research, analyzing data, developing market strategies, raising funds and subsidy and engaging in sales and marketing activities. Additionally, the role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure the project’s success. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Research experience - Some experience or a deep passion towards fragrance industry - Proficiency in Communication and Sales - Experience in raising funds and or subsidy - Marketing skills and experience - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities •Ability to work in a hybrid environ ment in the Brussels Metropolitan Area - Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking
