Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their progress
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in client service or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong cooperation and planning skills
