Job Overview:

As a Client Relations Officer at Curious AI, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients. This part-time position requires an individual who is resourceful, confident, and able to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to our clientele. You will ensure our clients receive exemplary service and support, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Communicate product updates, changes, and new offerings, ensuring clients are informed and engaged.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address client challenges, employing creative solutions that enhance the client experience and drive customer retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay client insights that inform business strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and status updates in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and service continuity.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and facilitating service improvements based on feedback.
  • Experience Enhancement: Proactively seek opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional offerings and services, contributing to overall account growth.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics, providing insights into trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a client relations, account management, or customer service role, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Confident in communication and decision-making.
  • Resourceful in overcoming challenges and navigating uncertain situations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong creativity in developing solutions for client needs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability, with a focus on results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Finnish or other languages is a plus.
