Job Description

Curious AI is seeking a motivated and confident Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As a key member of our customer support department, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients through various chat platforms, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively. Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction
  • Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries via various chat platforms.
  • Identify customer needs and guide them to solutions, providing support for both technical and non-technical queries.
  • Offer personalized assistance and follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  1. Issue Resolution
  • Document customer interactions in detail and maintain an organized record of inquiries and solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while providing context and supporting information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the quality and efficiency of service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  1. Product Knowledge
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance customer support skills and product knowledge.
  1. Feedback Loop
  • Gather customer feedback and suggestion to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Provide insights based on customer interactions to help shape customer service strategies.
  1. Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to maintain our high standards for customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience*
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer support experience, ideally in a chat support or similar role.
  • Technical Skills*
  • Proficient in using chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with AI and technology-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Personal Traits*
  • Confident and motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work scenarios.
  • Soft Skills*
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the willingness to think outside the box for effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
