Role: Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX (100% Remote)

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Required Skills:

• Minimum 9+ years of overall experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• 1+ years of experience working In-depth knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies, including their applications, risks, and ethical considerations.
• 1+ years of experience in managing or supporting AI/ML projects
• Bachelor’s degree
• Open to travel up to 25%

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of governance practice
• Healthcare industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Communication
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, AI/GenAI teams, and governance bodies.
• Facilitate communication and understanding of the governance process among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and adherence to guidelines.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Use strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including experience with AI-driven analytics platforms.
• Demonstrate expertise using AI/ML platforms, data governance tools, and project management software.
