As an AI Content Editor, you will test and challenge AI responses, identifying areas for improvement to help make AI smarter, more accurate, and culturally aware. This role is ideal for Swiss nationals with bilingual proficiency who want to contribute to cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models to assess and improve their accuracy and responsiveness.
• Identify and document issues related to language nuances and cultural context.
• Provide insights to improve language-specific functionality in AI systems.
• Collaborate with our team to refine AI technology through detailed feedback and testing.
• Develop diverse problems and solutions for a coding chatbot.
• Write high-quality answers and code snippets.
• Evaluate code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance. Qualifications
• Nationality: Swiss national (mandatory).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Swiss German or Italian as applicable per role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for AI technology and innovation.
• Proficiency in a programming language (Swift mentioned; others acceptable as needed).
• Experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• Availability for 20 hours of remote work per week.
